Consolidated Metal Service, Inc. was founded in 1982 and today is a recognized leader in the custom slitting, edging, toll processing, and distribution of all varieties of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, with a special focus on precision narrow slit coil. Our experienced staff is dedicated to providing defect-free products that are delivered on time, supported by reliable shipping throughout Ohio, across the United States, and to international destinations as needed.
Our 28,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled facility houses state-of-the-art slitting and edging equipment. We offer flexible shipping options, utilizing company-owned trucks for Ohio-based deliveries and trusted logistics partners for domestic and international shipments, ensuring finished materials arrive on schedule and in compliance with customer requirements.
Our facility includes a 48” Yoder slitter capable of slitting up to 11 gauge, along with two 24” Yoder slitters used for the majority of our precision narrow slitting. These machines were completely rebuilt in 2007 to ensure the highest quality and consistency. In addition to the three slitters, we operate an edge conditioning line capable of producing #5 deburred, #4 modified round, and #1 full round edges. All 28,000 square feet of the facility are fully accessible by crane.
